All orders received before 1:00 PM California time Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day pending availability. Shipping rates to Hawaii and PR may vary. We will email you if the rate is much more then what you have selected. If it is less we will credit your charge card.
UPS does not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays as shipping days. UPS does not deliver to US postal boxes.
International Customers
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to an increased shipping charge determined by the United States Post Office.
We recommend that you select one of the 4 shipping choices that matches your order amount. You will be notified by Email if the charges are significantly higher. Your response by Email will be necessary prior to shipping out your order. If you do not receive an Email from us you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 15 working days depending on your country. All orders refused, returned or rejected by yourself or customs in your country will be credited to your credit card account with the exception of the shipping charges.
International Customers
Please make sure the billing address you are using matches the address of where you receive your credit card statement. Until gas prices get back to normal the shipping companies are charging higher prices to international customers. To assure your package is not temperature damaged we suggest staying with the 3 to 10 day deliveries times. All supplements will maintain stability for a 2 weeks delivery period and some even longer. US mail and UPS are the best forms of shipping at the present time. If you would like to save money on shipping charges, have us send your order UPS GROUND to a friend you know in the US and they can forward the order to you. Shipping charges range between $36.00 and $85.00 depending on the weight. You will be notified if the shipping charges are different then what you select. Orders handled by Bank wire transfers do receive priority on shipping. If you choose a wire transfer please email us with all the shipping details. We try to have all products delivered in 3 to 10 days. If you are not in a rush for your order please let us know. This will reduce the shipping charges.
